Bedhead

After never really being happy with my bedroom I have been playing with it a little lately. I made the bedhead/headboard by cutting out some board (well actually made Paul cut it out!), bought some wadding and stapled it to the back, then used a beige top sheet I wasn't using to cover it. Quite happy with the result, but I think one day I will wad it a bit more and cover it with a beautiful fabric!

Wow, what a start to a blog! Absolutely gorgeous. You're right, I think black is the new white! As much as we love white...I've been thinking about getting black bedside tables for our white bed, after seeing your furniture I think I might.. Your house is beautiful, I love the black dining table..I'll put you on my list so I can keep in touch..Rachaelxx

I love it, you have done an awesome job. I wouldn't re-do it but if you do and you want a more padded look I believe the pros put a layer of thin foam under the wadding. You probably already knew that but just in case....
