Sorry For The Absence My Friends!

Apologies for going 5 months between posts! Has it really been that long?

For those who follow me on Instagram you will probably know what I've been up to.

Falls Creek Snow Holiday- my boys totally carve up the slopes unlike their mother!

The shop has been busier than ever, I've been working on some interior projects both big and small, we've had a trip to the snow and all as I've embarked on a very personal health and weight loss journey.

Audrey's B&B

The one thing in my life I have not been happy with was my weight.

I started the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation 5 months ago and
boy am I glad I did!
It's not easy. It's like having a part time job. It is time consuming, requires complete dedication, planning and commitment to exercising every day! It's hard work but it is so worth it.

-23kg and 78cm- I hate selfies but am glad I took these!

I've never been one to discuss my weight publicly but decided to put it out there for anyone who is doubting whether they can do it. My whole lifestyle and outlook on exercise and health had changed forever. It's now part of my life and I am happy to be a much healthier and more active mother to my two boys.

I only wish I'd done this earlier.

Hi Letitia - so lovely to see your post, and huge congratulations to you on your weight loss. You look absolutely amazing, and well done. I think weight loss is never easy for anyone, and to embrace exercise and make some major diet changes is hard work (as you've said). But what great results you've achieved! And how fabulous that you have done this while still young, and you can be more actively involved with your kids. Enjoy the new wardrobe :) xxx

Hi Letitia
I just wanted to say how amazing you look..I have struggled with my weight for the past 10 years and I have made a decision to NOT be 50 and fat...I have given myself 2 years to do it and have lost 25 pounds so far...so I am on my way!!Congratulations on your new look-I know how hard it is to keep to your plan!

I know your expertise on this. I must say we should have an online discussion on this. Writing only comments will close the discussion straight away! And will restrict the benefits from this information. webstagram
