A while ago I decided I needed a little lift for my tiring blue sofa and wing chairs.
I had these made over 7 years ago before we were even in our new home and although I probably wouldn't choose the same fabrics now they still work really well in this room.
They are getting quite worn but instead of getting them recovered right away I thought
I 'd give them a lift with some new cushions.
I ordered in this beautiful fabric and had a wonderful local sewer make these up for me, plus a few spares for the shop.

I was delighted when a writer from Home Beautiful Magazine emailed me for a photo of them to go in their latest issue which hit the shelves yesterday.

Absolutely beautiful, it doesn't hurt (of course) that the cushions are on a gorgous sofa - in a beautiful room, with to-die-for views... no that doesn't affect it, they are just goregous cushions on their own!! LOL :) Annie (Kate)
