Latest Project- Help Please!




 
Spending way too much time at home whilst waiting for Paul to finish harvest!


Trying to decide what get this wingback chair I bought on ebay 5 years ago when Ollie was born recovered in for the living room?
It also has a matching ottoman. Oh yes and I will be painting the legs!
I am leaning towards the thick Black and White Stripe and perhaps adding a dash of colour with one of these from Ada and Darcy.

    I like the bold stripes in the first picture, especially if you're having that cushion to go on it, and I like the legs as they are. That's just my thoughts, even though I think all the stripes are lovely. Happy decision making.

    That would be a stunning combo Letitia.
    I'm a sucker for the taupe, black and white combo but that's probably because I live at the beach.

    1 Vote for the Taupe here. Love the all the fabrics but I love that one the best.

    I Like the idea of the B&W stripe with the A&D cushion or the black & taupe to stop things getting too monochrome. The legs would look fabulous painted a high gloss silver or black. Can't wait for the end result. I'm sure any decision you make will look fabulous.

    My pick is the middle fabric. Good luck with your choice, they are all lovely. Looking forward to seeing it finished and the Ada & Darcy cushion of course! ;-)

    I couldnt believe when I saw this picture as I have things in BOTH those fabrics. We just threw out our "baby" wing chair...wish we had had it recovered! I am no help telling you which to pick as I adore the lot! Mel xx

    Im perhaps a little conservative and would go the taupe/black/white. The bold stripe is too bold for me!!! Sorry... I think the taupe etc would tie in with the rest of your home. Once I decide on something, its not going to be changed for a long time, so it has to be something I absolutely love and will be able to live with for a while - so Im probably not the best at decisions either. You always have gorgeous ideas, so Im sure whatever you decide will be beautiful. Hope I havent confused you too much. Cant wait for harvest to be finished!!

    My style would be the middle fabric. But the B&W stripe would look fantastic with that cushion. I'm sure all these comments have probably made it difficult to make a decision now. I say go with your first thoughts. I always regret my choice if I've changed my mind after my first 'yes that's it!!'... especially if it's food...T
